fs_rescan
rescans filesystem for new pack archives and any other changes

unfortunately :f scenario of devmap via console was working, may be menu is different

no worries it's ok for me, I just wanted to make sure it wasn't on my side

for the flickering: some video said in the settings under the opengl tab uncheck 'allow flipping'

i think with that fs_rescan command you can just edit the bind to load your map like so: "fs_rescan; map workshop_live"
